Organic Mexican Coffee

These typica varietals are grown under the most stringent organic practices, at heights that range from 2600 -í« 4000 ft above sea level. They are grown under strict organic practices, and are hand harvested and wet processed to yield highly acidic beans. These fresh coffee beans have a bit of a nutty essence as well as citrus undertones which become fully expressed when brought to a medium roast: in some cases, this organic coffee is said to have a delicate winy essence.
