Grown in Bucaramanga, a large and beautiful city known for its many parks, these coffee beans are grown in the capital city of Santander, Colombia. The city sits on top of a plateau, and the coffee trees thrive at altitudes that range from 5500 – 6400 ft above sea level; the year round weather is very conducive to the growth of coffee. Nurtured under strict organic practices, these Gesha varietals are wet processed to produce light bodied mildly acidic coffee beans. These South American coffee beans are sweet smelling with a fruity aroma, and they do really well when brought to a medium roast.
